Software Support AnalystImplementation, MSSQL, Java, HCM/Human Capital Management / Workforce ManagementOne the world's leaders in workforce management software (supplying to 90% of Fortune 500 companies and revenue +$1billion last year) are looking to recruit a new Software Support Analyst to join the team in providing 3rd line / 4th implementation support to their impressive global client base.
The main support team is based in Stafford, but given the nature of the work you will be able to work much of your time remotely if this suits, as well as having the opportunity for occasional global travel. This will be a client-facing role, so you will ideally be a Software Support Analyst with good people/conversational skills as well as demonstrable technical understanding.
The successful Software Support Analyst will have:
Solid commercial experience supporting software systems - ideally workforce management systemsGood MSSQL skills (queries, schema, stored procedures) and some experience troubleshooting Java-based systemsUnderstanding of traditional IT support areas (AD, TCP/IP, VoIP etc.)ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE: experience with HCM/Human Capital Management or Workforce Management systems!
