Atrilogy is seeking a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Sr. Project Manager for a 10 month contract with a healthcare client in Torrance, CA. This position is Part-time (20 hours per week).

The Sr. Project Manager/Black Belt will effectively and efficiently deploy process improvement and change management strategies, including in-depth statistical analysis. Partial remote work is okay, must be local to Torrance or willing to travel into Torrance as needed. This person will support a Data Analytics project and will be responsible for analysis and pulling data from multiple sources. Work with the team to develop project charter and define issues.

In This Assignment You Will

Be responsible for independently facilitating complex transformation activities, which includes leading large cross-functional teams, incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects and delivering results in specific time frames.

The position requires a dynamic professional who is results oriented and possesses a proven ability to develop and deliver effective solutions to achieve transformational results.

Provide project leadership and project management for strategic projects and support the usage and standardization of project management processes, tools and best practices.

Will identify key stakeholder project objectives and requirements and provide tactical leadership on projects.

Required Qualifications:

At least 7 years of dedicated project management experience

One (1) year of experience teaching and training adult learners in formal change processes such as Lean, Change Acceleration Process (CAP), Work-Out and Six Sigma

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with documented experience as a Change Agent/Facilitator including working knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma

Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project

Ability to translate data and findings into information and display it in a useful manner for constituents

Someone who can problem solve and can deal with ambiguity

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, engineering, clinical or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, engineering or related field

3 - 5 years in Black Belt/similar role

2 years work experience in a Healthcare organization

Supervisory experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
