What you'll do:
Deliver a great experience to customers and their staff via phone and email
Support clients via phone and email, ensuring a seamless Plate IQ experience
Use your multitasking abilities to field requests from multiple users simultaneously
Apply your problem-solving skills to answer questions and make sure our partners get the support they need
Work in a highly collaborative team environment
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
A super-positive, empathetic mindset: you see the best in people and know how to bring it out
A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness, and sense of ownership
A passion for improving the lives of people through technology is a must
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, sharp focus, and the ability to flourish in both independent and collaborative settings
Top-notch customer service skills (experience at a service-based company like Apple, Disney, Zappos, etc. is a plus)
Adaptable learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
