A new opportunity has arisen to remotely join IN-consultancy a growing Software recruitment agency.
Established in 2016, a provider of Talent services across Software, and Technology sectors in the UK and Europe. Our industry knowledge helps us understand the challenges our clients face and thus provide the best talent.
Currently, we are looking for a remote resourcer, the ideal candidate has great research skills, is really well organized, great with excel and can work under pressure.
The role will involve;
• Getting job specification briefs from the team to understand vacancies which they are looking to fill in Belgium, United Kingdom and Netherlands.
• Using different sources such as Linkedin, Xing, and Job board (jobsite, Monster etc..) to identify suitable candidates and present the job opportunity and convince them to apply (obtain their CV) or obtain referrals for other suitable candidates.
• Messaging the right candidates on different channels and booking qualitative calls with the recruiter
The right person must have:
• A minimum of 1- 5 year’s experience as an administrator, recruiter, researcher, office administrator, business consultant• Excellent communication skills in both English and a plus is either French or Dutch (desirable)• Must be a confident Self-Starter with a willingness to learn.• Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.• You have extensive experience of using Excel and LinkedIn
