Job Description:
Health Insurance experience at least 2 to 3 years of recent experience 8+ years of experience as an Senior Data Analyst.Expert SQL skills is mandatory. Able to understand and build SQL queries for complex data analysis, profiling and transformations.Strong experience in quantitively and qualitative data analysis Experience in understanding, analyzing and implementing relational, star, entity-relationship, multi-dimensional and object oriented database models.Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with the attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in data profiling and identifying patterns and anomaliesDeep knowledge of Healthcare plan data, including but not limited to member eligibility, provider network, claim processing is highly desirable.Experience in authoring, editing and presenting technical and business documents.Very strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.Ability to adapt and be effective in a fast paced changing environmentA self-starter who takes ownership of the assignment workstream, ability to work independently
