Pre-sales Specialist needed in Atlanta, GA

This is a Remote position but candidate must be based out of Atlanta

Working as a Pre-sales specialist, you will be working directly with customers and partners to drive revenue through adoption of MultiLine and other services as part of the North America Sales team. You'll be a key technical resource in the team, working in a pre and post sales capacity and will be responsible for owning customer technical relationships


Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's offerings to clients; deliver product demonstrations to convince both clients and distribution/implementation partners

Link company's Sales and Product Management teams to create relevant and comprehensive product solutions

Support the sales process, from the preparation of offers to conclusion of contracts from a professional, technical and functional point of view, including implementation of proof-of-concepts

Organize and conduct customer presentations and product training during the pre-sales phase

Create SOWs as needed. Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIsDeliver training on the company's offering and support distribution and implementation partners

Interface with implementation and product teams, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery, support initial hand-holding and build long-lasting relationships with clients

Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap

Work to support new projects and business activities

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Computer Technology related discipline/ in Computer Science, Computer Engineering desired

Experience with BlackBerry Dynamics or deployment of applications within any similar container is a plus

Good experience in the field of business mobile applications

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales activities for software products

Sound knowledge and practical experience in the area of pre-sales activities

Experience in preparing business solution proposals

Excellent ability to present at senior management level
