Remote IT Support Engineer
Now hiring an experienced Remote IT Support Engineer with strong technical and user-facing communication skills. * Must live local to the Massachusetts / New Hampshire area *
4+ years of professional experience supporting Windows based infrastructure environment
Experience with Windows/Mac, Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, backup software, LAN/WAN support
Strong network and system troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great attention to detail and follow through
Fast learner and a team player
College or technical degree in IT field preferred or equivalent experience
