A very successful mobile app development agency are looking to take on an ambitious Android Developer to join their rapidly growing team based in Uxbridge. The company are offering the opportunity to work remotely after an initial induction period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established mobile app development agency which is looking to expand its operations. You will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience, a generous benefits package and the opportunity to work remotely. The potential Android Developer will ideally have hands on experience with Kotlin, or a passion to learn.

The Android Developer (Kotlin) role will involve:

Developing a range of new apps for a growing user base.Managing any bugs and making necessary improvements.Working with UI/UX designers.Introducing new features.Working as part of a dynamic, innovative team.

The ideal candidate for the position of Android Developer (Kotlin) will have:

Good experience with using Kotlin.Successfully launched apps in the past.Experience of working as part of a teamKnowledge of Agile methodologyAble to design REST APIsGood understanding of secure coding practices

This is the perfect opportunity for any Android Developer with long term leadership aspirations, as my client are looking to take on several developers over the next 12 months, with the potential candidate potentially heading up a future team of Android Developers.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in Uxbridge for their first week, and for up to four weeks, depending on how quickly they are familiarised with the company’s systems. All costs for the first week will be covered however, you would need to cover any future costs. You may be required to work in Uxbridge as often as once a week. Therefore it is advised that you take this into consideration when deciding on what salary you are seeking.
