Statement of Work: Convert all SEL1 LPARs utilizing the ACF2 Security Package to either CA TSS or IBM RACF Provide an analysis of all SEL1 LPARs utilizing the CA (Broadcom) ACF2 security package and present a feasibility decision to SEL1 on converting those LPARs to either CA (Broadcom) TSS or IBM RACF security products. Based on a decision by SEL1, develop a migration plan to convert systems to the selected Access Control Product (ACP). Develop and provide a plan for identifying test LPAR for each application affected that utilize ACF2 for conversion. Develop plans to convert each application utilizing ACF2 based on development/test/production LPARS. Plans should include steps to convert, back out, data validation, and success criteria. Develop and provide all JCL and programs needed to implement conversion. This will include detailed documentation for all procedures to convert ACF2 to the target ACP.

Required skills/Level of Experience : 2-3 years experience with IBM Mainframes LPAR support. Understands dependencies and end-of-life support to include the desktop OS, server OS, browser and any additional software or plug-ins Ability to translate requirements into sustainable and efficient visualizations and reporting Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements. Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office tools The ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment where each day provides a new set of challenges under short time constraints involving complex network configuration and/or troubleshooting requirements Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders to define system requirements
Nice to have skills: Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense security requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures CompTIA certification Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training or work experience.
