Role: SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR
The ServiceNow Administrator will provide support to the Managed Services ServiceNow Platform.
Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow multi-domain platform such as: gathering and analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance and release methodologies and regular maintenance
Resolve escalations received through ticketing system, emails, and/or phone calls in a timely manner.
Monitor systems integration and process automation
Work closely with business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from the client to the fulfillment teams
Coordinate and perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases
Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts business rules, and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary
Establish standards and IT hygiene within ServiceNow, including maintenance routines, development standards, and code reviews
Experience with web technologies such as LDAP, SSO, VPN, SSL and normalization and reconciliation tools
Knowledge of improving performance and configuration by utilizing ServiceNow best practices
Strong ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions and continual service improvement
Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze and examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform as an Administrator on an enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as: Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management
Effective knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, and relevant IT architecture experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor s degree
