Overview of the Company:

We’re seeking Sr. Salesforce Developers to join our growing Salesforce company, to be an integral member of the team. Ideal candidates must be self-starters that can perform well independently, interact with clients professionally, and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams. We’re looking to hire individuals with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with various stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Configure and Develop applications on the Salesforce platform following Salesforce best practices.

Develops approval processes, routing of documents, workflow rules, process builder actions

Develops lightning apps/components, page layouts, data fields, sharing rules, list views

Develops complex triggers in Apex code to satisfy business requirements that cannot be completed by configuration alone.

Manages security settings/user access to data

Develops system integration components using Salesforce Web Services

Integrate application plug-ins to meet user needs using web services and APIs

Creates and manages email templates, document creation templates, validation rules

Configures applications to satisfy business requirements

Creates ad hoc and customized reports and dashboards

Technical competency to quickly learn new Salesforce features and major launches

Provide technical guidance to Salesforce team and mentor others

Required Skills:

3-10 years of Salesforce Development (all aspects)

Salesforce Developer certifications - Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I and II.

Experience with Data Loader, Flow, Process Builder, and other automated actions

Strong track record of experience with development best practices

Strong configuration knowledge/capability

Strong background in user management

Strong background in deploying enterprise-level solutions

Experience with Apex/Triggers/Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, REST, and SOAP experience

Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications and 3rd party applications

Must be Salesforce Certified (Admin, Developer, platform)

Highly Desired Skills:

Experience developing for mobile platforms

Experience using CI/CD tools such as Salesforce DX

Familiarity with Automated Testing tools

Familiarity with Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities

Work Authorization:

Must be a U.S. Citizen/Green Cardholder
