Job; Credit Controller / Admin. - REMOTE
This role is to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a successful and highly regarded serial entrepreneur, speaker and investor. His expertise lies in building high-growth companies in sectors including digital marketing and training/accreditation. He is looking to hire a dynamic Credit Controller to work alongside his other business areas. As well as credit control duties (detailed below) you will also be able to turn your hand to some Bookkeeping as well as ad hoc Admin-type tasks as/when required.
Duties will include;
Following credit procedures,Chasing aged debt and maintaining bad debt to a low level,Chasing individuals for unpaid payment in a sensitive and professional manner,Working with both internal and external clients and stakeholders i.e. acting as contact for key partners,Building relationships with customers offering them support and guidance in payment plans,Database Management,Ad hoc Administration duties,
To be considered for this role you will need a background in credit control/bookkeeping and be comfortable with the all-round accounts receivable function. You will also need a keen eye for detail and to be able to perform to deadlines. You will be responsible for the chasing, the cash allocations, the uploading of queries onto the system as well as performing ad hoc admin duties.
£’s; fully DoE up to approx. £30k + benefits,Location; based from your home / remotely with occasional meetings in & around London,
