Job; Digital Marketing Specialist - REMOTE

This is a key role within their product team offering challenging goals and exciting opportunities for innovation and creativity within a supportive, collaborative environment. As their Digital Marketing Specialist, you will make a vital contribution to their team achieving and exceeding their agreed goals and objectives, by using your skills to implement and optimise sales funnels, marketing campaigns and product enhancements.

Reporting to their Product Manager you will be responsibilities will include;

Implementing project plans, campaign designs, reporting data-points and enhancement strategies to create and optimize sales funnels, digital and hybrid information products, marketing journeys and customer experiences.Collaborating with marketing, customer service and technical colleagues on achieving, and optimising to, KPIs including Unit Sales, Return on Investment and client Lifetime Value.

This role has focuses on;

Campaign Building and Optimisation: Deploy, monitor and develop campaigns in Infusionsoft according to briefs. Identify and implement suggested optimization strategies to produce the highest possible offer conversion for each of their products and offerings.Website Building and Optimisation: Deploy, monitor and develop sites, pages and member areas according to briefs. Identify and implement suggested optimization strategies to improve conversion, EPCs and user experience.Funnel Building and Optimisation: Deploy, monitor and develop sales and marketing funnels and journeys according to briefs. Identify and implement suggested optimization strategies to maximize user ascension, ROI, lifetime value, and user experience.Product Building and Optimisation: Deploy, monitor and develop digital consumer products (eg membership sites) according to briefs. Identify and implement suggested optimization strategies to maximize conversion, retention and user experience.Campaign Optimisation: Continually seek "weak spots" in each campaign by monitoring control metrics and KPI’s, Work with Data Analyst to spot trends and journey patterns and help develop hypothesis experiments to increase conversion and retention, Monitor and deploy campaign email and page split tests to determine leverage points based on impact and speed of implementation, Manage an ongoing optimization/testing hypothesis process for each campaign to facilitate constantly improving KPIs in all of their campaigns, Work with their Sales Team and Marketing Team to ensure optimal lead flow quantity for booked calls driving to event sales.Website Optimisation: Consistently monitoring performance of lead generation from all entry points where leads are captured including landers, homepage/sub-pages and blogs.Ongoing Development: Collaborate with colleagues to discover, develop and implement product enhancements, create custom landers, materials and funnels for JV deals, launches, promotions, offers and events.

Asana Task Management System (or transferable proficiency with similar)Infusionsoft: Particularly campaign builder, segmentation tools, and reporting (or transferable proficiency with similar)MS Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Skype, Zoomecommerce tools (e.g. Thrive Cart, Zapier, PlusThis, Kajabi or similar)Statistical analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segmetrics, Graphly, Funnelytics)Marketing systems and tools (e.g. SEMrush, WebinarJam, Wordpress, ThriveThemes plugins)Graphics capability (Canva), able to confidently create banners, etc

Other Stuff;

£’s; fully DoE up to approx. £40k,Location; based from your home / remotely with occasional (every approx. 6 weeks) meetings in & around London,
