This will be a 100% remote opportunity as a 1099.
Job description is basic: This involves finding suitable candidates, calling them, selling opportunities, and preparing CVs for submission and submitting with a full write up on why the candidate is qualified.
Initially we will submit candidates to clients until we establish a solid repour, then introduce you as our Recruiting Manager for their opportunities. Salary rate will increase when this happens.
Our client s employees end customers and federal government and DoD, to include the Pentagon and the Department of Veterans Affairs, to name a few.
Salary will start at 50% of our commission, and that differs from client to client. We will provide you the rates prior, and we will be 100% transparent with our client agreements.
Zero percent of zero is zero; so, let s make some money!!
We have doubled in revenue each year since starting in 2016 and would like to bring on some energetic, knowledgeable and entrepreneurial recruiters.
The perfect candidate will have experience in Technical recruiting for opportunities within the
Federal Government and DoD; clearances ranging from Public Trust to Top Secret (SCI).Access to an Employer Resource Center is a must. Primarily Dice, Indeed or similar resource.
